CONTAINER STORES:
We offer 20’container stores on a flexible license rental arrangement with a minimum rental period of 6 months. A copy license is available on request. Rent is payable in advance on the first day of each month by BACS payment. We charge £120 per calendar month.
BUSINESS & STORAGE PLOTS:
We have a variety of plots that are available to rent on a lease arrangement. These are available in a various sizes throughout the site with a minimum lease term of 6 months. Rent is payable in advance on the first day of each month by BACS payment. Please contact us for further details regarding rental costs and available plot sizes.
SECURITY:
Our site is covered by 24 hours CCTV with locked entrance gates.
ACCESS / OPERATION HOURS:
Our access and operating hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 4pm.
